before you arrive
Please make sure you have printed your ticket before heading to the venue or have your digital ticket pulled up on your phone with your screen brightness turned up. This will help avoid delays at the door.
Will Call tickets are available for pick up at the box office located on the south side of the building. A photo ID is required for collection. It’s always a good idea to bring your confirmation email as well.
Some artists have multiple performances, so double check the date and time printed on your ticket to ensure you are attending the correct event.
In the event that there are changes or updates to the event they will be emailed directly to ticketholders as soon as they are available.
ARRIVAL
On-site parking is limited so we strongly encourage using ride share options. Take advantage of Revel Ride, which offers a $10 Uber credit to concert goers, so they have the most convenient access to the venue.
ENTERING THE VENUE
All patrons are subject to metal detectors, wanding and bag searches upon entry.
We take the security of our patrons, staff, and artists very seriously, and recommend allocating at least 30 extra minutes to the time you would normally aim to arrive at the venue to allow for entry procedures. If there is a line, it will progress quickly; we’re moving a large volume of people safely and efficiently through security.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited, along with illegal substances, outside food and drink, and items that would be disruptive to other fans and/ or artists.
Professional photography gear (cameras with detachable lenses and/ or larger than a standard shirt pocket), video, and audio recording devices are not allowed into the venue without a previously approved press credential.
BAG POLICY

All patrons who choose to bring bags into an event must abide by the clear bag policy

Clear Bags may be no larger than 12”x6”x12”

If patrons do not have a clear bag, they may bring in a gallon-sized freezer bag

Palm-sized clutch purses or wallets do not need to abide by clear bag policy

Non-clear medical bags are permitted and subject to inspection

Diaper bags are permitted if entering with a child but are subject to inspection

Backpacks, fanny packs, printed pattern bags, reusable grocery bags, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, or large totes (larger than 12’x6’x12”) are NOT permitted
If your bag gets turned away at the gate due to not following clear bag policy, you will need to return it to your vehicle, as we have no area to store it
